Join master bluesmen harp players RJ Mischo and Jon Gindick for an unforgettable day of blues harmonica interaction, instruction, jamming and performance with a great blues band. (Jon's instruction book comes free with early registration.)
Jon and RJ have coached more than 10 Jam Camps together, stressing the basics and also the fun! You'll grow through example and "you-play-it" experience. Topics include single notes, tone, bending, tongue-blocking, 2nd and 3rd positions, improvising, singing, chromatic harp and more. (And don't forget, it's all about the groove!)
In the evening, our great band will make it easy and fun for everyone to jam--even raw beginners! It's an exciting introduction, continuation and showcase in the blues from Jon and RJ--two of America's most respected blues harp musicians and educators.
